At the heart of The Queer Party Project is a commitment to empowering queer lives through community, creativity, and joy. We host monthly parties, each one dedicated to raising funds for a chosen individual within the community. Through raffles, donations, social media campaigns, and unforgettable celebrations, together we have helped raised over $10,000 to date. Our goal is to provide direct support while fostering love, inclusion, and solidarity in the face of challenging political climates.

The Queer Party Project is a community-driven initiative founded in January 2024, dedicated to creating safe, celebratory spaces for LGBTQIA2+ individuals in the Miami/Broward area. The project focuses on hosting vibrant fundraising events that not only uplift but also provide critical financial support to queer individuals in need, particularly those facing housing crises or seeking gender-affirming care.

I had an amazing time working with SteerQueer. It’s so amazing to be a part of this event and seeing what they’re doing for the queer community in Miami. I became emotional on stage seeing how many people came out (friends & strangers) just to support my fundraiser. With the help of SteerQueer and everyone else I was able to get a good chunk of what I needed and will be starting the process of my top surgery this upcoming year
